Abstract

The aim of this research paper is to identify the reality of e-commerce and similar terms, with a statement of the most important controls for the use of e-commerce and its advantages of the breadth of its market and low budget compared to traditional trade, as well as its negatives, especially when exposed to piracy and fraud, and then finally a statement of legitimate protection of e-commerce, whether in terms of confronting fraud and electronic misinformation, or through the protection of personal data, as for legal protection through Criminal protection from the electronic supplier or from illegal activities or from violating the rules of electronic advertising.
