This research aims to extract the special purposes of the literature of the scholar and the learner from the book (Al Madkhal) by Ibn Al-Hajj Al-Maliki by extrapolating the particles of literature mentioned in this book, and considering its origins and causes.
The consideration of it has led to three purposes: one of which is common to the tutor and the learner; it refers to their special conditions, and how they deal with those who are associated with them in general and in particular. The second: is concerned with the tutor, and refers to his primary function of teaching people, and shows religion clear of all impurities. And the third: It is specific to the learner, and also refers to his primary function in gathering energy to seek knowledge, and obtaining it in the manner that qualifies him to assume the position of scholar.
