(In this study, we aim to highlight the importance of employing public relations in the practice of (da'wah). Many (da'wah) and charitable organizations do not pay attention to this aspect, despite the diverse services it provides both internally and externally. The purpose of this effort is to present a vision that seeks to make institutional work more effective and of higher quality, and to incorporate management science to modernize the efforts of these organizations. I have chosen the Good Governance Guide of the Direct Aid Association as a model to demonstrate the significance of this mechanism for enhancing the quality of institutional and charitable work.
