Abstract

Our article relates to the eloquence of the statement in the noble prophetic hadith and its role in understanding the hadith and its various apparent and superficial and profound connotations that lead to a proper understanding of the prophetic hadith and its near and far dimensions, and the role of all of this in deriving judgment from the prophetic text which is the second source of legislation after the Holy Qur’an. We concluded the importance of eloquence of the statement in understanding and deduction, and every researcher or jurist should evoke this linguistic aspect when exposed to the statement of the hadith of the Prophet, and the need has become urgent in our time to take care of that, as scholars have cared from the beginning of authorship in language and eloquence when they focused on the language of the Holy Qur’an and its eloquence to manifest the citizen Miracle and statement.
