Abstract

This study came to answer a query that picked the researcher’s curiosity; which is:those troubled practices of civil society, in spite of their large numbers at both local and national levels. Here the researcher decided to study this dilemma, transfer it to sociological research and decide whether these organizations have something to do with party elites, by selecting Laghouat province and its civil society. Tolimit the subject,he used and applied systematic procedures. We have adopted a stratified sample, the descriptive approach and the technique of interview form to cometo the conclusion:the nature of relationship embodied in the act of associations and parties does not depart from being clientaldue to local affiliations
