Judicial Archives in Algeria: Between Reality and Prospects

Through this study, We aim to shed light on the efforts of the Ministry of Justice to conduct and organize judicial archives according to the new regulatory legislation, in the new situation, in which the world experiences technological and technical development in all areas. In the case of the Ministry of Justice, the Algerian approach has pursued the modernization of the sector, and the adoption of a system to a new propulsion mail to the work of the judicial and administrative "SGDJ" in all courts and councils. This constitutes the judicial archives of the most important types of archive: this is characterized by its high confidentiality documentation of the State and individuals - necessitating the need for attention and the development of strategies and mechanisms especially to protect and preserve it. This is what made the Algerian Ministry of Justice seek to find scientific solutions to it, especially after the case is in most judicial authorities across the national territory, due to the accumulation of stocks and their increasing numbers. To complete this study, we aimed to transfer the reality of archives judicial some of the Algerian courts, procedures and measures of the Ministry of Justice to run it and its organization, the researcher adopted a documentary approach because it is best suited to collect information from previous studies and analysis, the study concludes with a set of proposals and results that are in their entirety on the reality of the archives judicial courts Algeria's miserable condition, but the Justice Department is seeking to find solutions and new ways to run it and the organization is preparing to launch a new Emperical especially the conduct of the judicial archives.
