We can use the opinions of jurisprudence to disclose the rules on which they were built, and investigate them in generation process to face a new doctrinal question, all that we name: "LINK" OR "TAKHRIJ". That title was absent in MALIKIA library, now we wonder if MALIKIA jurists know what jurisprudence mean, and how they used it.
This study resulted in the belief that the Maliki doctrine books do not contain a full rooting for the "TAKHRIJ"; because the ancient jurists do not give interest to the theoretical aspect but practicality; and the weakness interest in the restjurists.
