Abstract

This study aims to define introduce one of the Algerian sheikhs, Dr. Abdurrahman Taleb, the servant of the Prophet's Sunnah through the study of one of his many books the modern Islamic jurisprudence sciences through the Prophet's Hadiths. This book has a special approach in explaining the Hadith and devising the fiqh. Combining the science of modern and jurisprudence, in an easy manner with the strength of argument and evidence in favor of the prevailing doctrine and a collector between the ancient and contemporary science where the attribution of sources Abbreviations and heritage books in a modern academic format.
