in Algerian public institutions. Accordingly, a field study at the "Asmidal Annaba" company was conducted. To achieve the goals of this study. The researchers used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a basic tool whose psychometrical properties (honesty - consistency) were verified. Our sample consisted of (15) employees (male and female ) chosen according to the comprehensive survey method. Statistical packages for social sciences (Spss22) were used as well to download the data, process it and analyze it statistically. The study reached the following results: The level of administrative empowerment in the company under study "Asmidal Annaba” is average . The level of empowerment does not differ due to the difference in the personal and administrative properties: The level of administrative empowerment among the employees of the company does not differ due to the difference in gender (male-female) as it does not differ due to the difference in age, or the difference in years of work. Based on these results, the study ended with the presentation of a set of recommendations and proposals.
