The present study aims to identify the role of nutritional behavior in the emergence of delayed childbearing in couples. To achieve the objectives of the study, a differential descriptive approach was adopted by applying a nutritional behavior questionnaire to a sample of 58 pairs who had delayed childbirth at the obstetric clinic in Mariam Bouatoura, Batna, Algeria. In an attempt to deal with this issue, the following is the research major questions:
Are there differences in the nutritional behavior of late childbearing couples due to the variables (gender, work, educational level, housing (urban / rural)?
After using the appropriate statistical methods to answer the four hypotheses, the results of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences in nutritional behavior in couples who have delayed childbearing by gender, work and housing, while there are statistically significant differences in nutritional behavior in couples who have delayed childbearing according to educational level
