The leaders of the Algerian revolution realized that the removal of the French colonizer by armed action would not be sufficient alone, but rather must be accompanied by a diplomatic action known as the Algerian issue in regional and international forums, and embodiment of the external goals approved by the statement of the first of November 1954, the leaders of the National Liberation Front sought since the beginning of the liberation revolution, With the help of natural allies from the Maghreb and African countries, to activate diplomatic work as an imperative required by the current stage at the time, It goes hand in hand with the armed struggle, which manifested itself in many regional and international events, such as the Accra Conference, April 1958, as evidenced by what we particularly felt in the Maghreb press archive at the time, similar to the Tunisian newspaper Al-Sabah.
