Citizenship and Transgression in Order to Consolidate Dialogue and Coexistence- Algeria as a Model

In a new world dominated by globalization, and under cover of international institutions that proceed according to a human tendency, national states find themselves in opportunities of passing through traditional social and cultural patterns to new visions adapted to the world and providing opportunities for harmony among their members within the conditions of citizenship.
The Algerian national state has managed to transcend the forms of sectarian and ethnic confinement. Through its legislation at various levels, it has instilled a new style of relationship between individuals on the one hand and between society and the state on the other, through the organization of harmony within multiculturalism, wich is The cornerstone of every endeavor for dialogue and peaceful coexistence and a major source of stability and sustainable development.
This paper deals with concrete steps for the Algerian national state to promote the meaning of pluralism in recognition and practice in order to ensure coexistence from dialogue to the building of effective citizenship.
