The civilized model forms a strategic choice for the intellectual and the political elites in Arabic and Islamic communities. Starting with Napoleon's compaign to Egypt, where three directions grow up: the first adopts the western model choice, the second one stik To the previous model, while the third one combines both of them, using the logic of comparison and approach.
Hence, the study attempts to elucidate another civilized model, which sees that the model is produced by a cultural world for a nation, which has been changed in accordance with "divine laws" in prospects, selves, guidance, and support.
In this study, the focus is on one of the Islamic Algerian thinkers and preachers named "Tayeb Berghouth", who contributes in Shaping the trend's thought.
Also, the study explains the concept of civilized change, according to him, as well as the concept and the status of the model in the process of change. The study opts for the descriptive method, with its methodological tools: the analytical and the inductive approaches to answer its Questions; resulting in that the model has a dialectical relationship in the process of change in which it forms the downstream and the tool at the same time.
