The Bot Contract : his concept and its advantages

Abstract

The Bot Contract is one of the most important investment methods that revitalize the economy and advance economic development in society, through the establishment and management of infrastructure projects, without affecting the general budget of the state.

    The Bot Contracts, if they are considered an essential player in the field of establishing and managing large projects, because of its many  characteristics that make it an appropriate mechanism and an ideal means for  achieving this important purpose, therefore it has been adopted recently in a large extent, whether in developing or developed countries.

   From this standpoint, this article came to define the Bot Contract, and its related properties, areas and forms, with an indication of its importance as a basic form of partnership between the publicand private sectors,in addition to highlighting the most important advantagesresulting from the application of this type of contract.
