Jurisprudence of coordination and its effect on contemporary jurisprudence problems Social media as a model

Abstract

This study focused on the role of the jurisprudence of the coordination in the judgment of subjects concerning contemporary calamities jurisprudences .By the way, this research reveals some general pillars that the jurist should adopt in the coordination process so that its intentional application of the provisions is realizing eventually the interests of servants, by understanding the reality enduring the legal ruling with the balance between interests and spoilers. In addition, the verification of the concordance between the judgment reason of the exposed calamity taking into account the privacy of some cases and what obstructs it from necessity and exceptional cases, was been made. Finally, the research concludes that the coordination process is a form, which need controls and mechanisms to determine the first ruling applied to the clamity.
