Abstract

This research’s aim is to study one of the important matters os Ibn Ashour’s facilitation jursprudence (fiqh) and its approach. This research paper’s aim is to settle the most important subjects and meters, that are dealt with by El-Sheikh El-imam Ibn Alashor, in an easy way and it aims to find the right solutions. While explaining his point of view about the facilitation and jurisprudence’s topic. And through his opinions, what are the most important applications that were used by him? May Allah guide us to the right way.
