The science of the extraction of branches on branches and its effects in Fatawas of CheikhMohamed Tahar Ben Achour

Abstract

The extraction branches to branches is considered as one of the most important courses that is followed in interpreting the endless and emerging events throughout the times and ages, it was done by the followers of the imams a generation after a generation till our contemporary period;this research came to introduce an example of coevalswho followed that course in their legal opinions, and it shows an  important aspect of the scientific personality  for one of the leaders of interpretation and reasoning sciences; this study shows the importance of this course and its impact on the legal opinions of Sheikh Ben Achour, which indicates his knowledge about the doctrine of imam Malek with its assets and branches.
