The phenomenon of I'djaz has been studied in our Arab heritage and has aroused the interest of linguists، philosophers، jurists and exegetes، but their apprehension of this phenomenon has concentrated on the linguistic side، as it constitutes the Dominant character throughout the Qur'an. In this paper we have focused on the semantic side of ijaz in the Qur'an، which has been discarded in ancient linguistic studies، since the Qur'anic meaning includes radiation that helps extend this meaning and 'Widen so that the Qur'an encompasses all areas of life and all its sectors.
The Qur'anic meaning was uniquely crafted، so that the Qur'an could be perennial during all eras and subject to its authority and domination.
