The Reality of Supervion in the Algerian Economic Company A field study of supervisors on SIJICO Foundation of SKIKDA

Abstract

This article aims to highlight a reality of supervision  in the Algerian economic  company. Through a field study on SIJICO foundation of  Skikda. Has been relying on research methods used in social studies, where they were resorting to the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect of this study, as well as interview as means to collect data with interview guide aspect to supervisors. After that, the researchers analyzed the data obtained by frequent data analysis, then draw conclusions.
