In this research, we seek to reveal the function of repetition and its role in proving the meanings of the Qur’anic discourse, as it is an aspect of its eloquence and clarification, and a manifestation of its linguistic and declarative miracle.
In it, we focused on a group of issues, starting with the concept of repetition and its types, with an explanation of its functions in the Qur’anic discourse. We proceeded to highlight its argumentative and pragmatic dimensions, relying on applied models of the Qur’anic discourse in order to clarify each of these elements according to a descriptive approach based on description and analysis.
It has become clear to us through research that the method of repetition is of great importance in performing, proving, and confirming meanings, and this is what justifies its originality in the Arabic language and its abundant presence in the Qur’anic discourse.
