Abstract

This research is titled: International resolutions and their repercussions on Muslim family issues , it comes to monitor the outcomes of  international conferences and agreements related to family issues and their impact on the family bond ; in all ethical, social, economic and legislative fields.

This study was divided into an introduction that included a definition of the subject, an introduction to its problematic issues, the first was devoted to the conceptual and historical framework of international conferences and treaties dealing with family issues, in the second, we presented the effects resulting from these international resolutions, conferences and agreements on the Muslim family.

The research concluded a number of results, the most important of which is that the values, customs and morals of societies were not taken into account in the provisions of these conferences and agreements, which produced a picture of the clash of civilizations and sought to bring about radical change in societies by calling for the abolition of religious legislation, laws and social norms and the replacement of international agreements.

The research was also appended with recommendations that focus on the need for caring for the purposes of the family and defending them, and full vigilance when discussing these issues in international forums.
