دور الدكتور أحمد الشريف سعدان في الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية وإسهاماته في تفعيل النشاط السياسي ببسكرة 1927- 1948م

Abstract

Dr Ahmed Cherif Saadan was one of the most respected member of The Algerian National Movements. He had politically been active since his early thirties untill his death in 1948. He was involved in various political activities and participated not only in Biskra’s Municipal Council( in which he served as its general counsel and representative of the muslim federal electorate of Constantine Association) but in addition to that, he was also involved in The Islamic Scouts. It was through charities and political association that he was able to build strong and friendly relationships with prominent leaders of the national movements; especially The ones of The Muslim Scholars Association such as Sheikh Mohamed Kheir Addin, El Amine El Amoud,Tayeb El Akbi and Mohamed El Aid Al Khalifa as well as many others. He left so many foot prints everywhere he went, from Biskra, Aures, El wad, Algiers Constantine and even as far as Paris (France) and for which he was called (The Blue Snake). throughout this resaerch paper, we will try to shed some lights on this prominent persanality who mixed a humanaterian career with intense political activities.
