The current investigation explores an important aspect of the sub-jurisprudence rule "original and apparent" by indicating the weighting rules when there is a discrepancy between them by defining the title’s key words: "discrepancy"; "weighting"; "origin"; and "apparent". Moreover, the researcher discussed the authenticity of both origin and apparent so that it comes true with the occurrence of the discrepancy between them. The study also aimed at investigating the extent of validity of issuing matters of incompatibility between the original and the apparent on two absolute opinions, then it ended up by indicating the weighting rules set by the scholars with the representation to each regulator to some of the issued matters by it. Therefore, the conclusion consists of the major findings found in this research.
