Islamic law contains two sections the fixed and the variable. The variable section was considered the flexible part which reflects
the productivity of Islamic sciences and provides answers to contemporary issues. In this intervention, I will clarify the meaning of variable, the domain of variable and how it keeps pace with modern development; without falling in detached with Islamic Heritage. The results of the research emphasizes on the flexibility of Islamic Jurisprudence through the changeable part, which is reflected in the changing legal opinions (Fatwa) between the modern and ancient Jurisprudence scholars, an dits keeping pace with modern
development through the Juristic applications which presented in this intervention.
