Abstract

From what there is no doubt the emergence of holy people medicine.In the Far and Lower Maghreb during the middle age.It was the result of factors and reasons varied between materialism, scientific, supernatural and mental. All of them have all contributed to opening the door for this medicine to appear and consolidating the belief in it in still mindset. It is noted that the medical treatment of holy people of Morocco and Lower Maghreb during the study period , depends on many hospital methods of between is known as the prayer, The last one was strongly present in this category by what had known from these holy people, beside that the speed response came the moment with the prayer of holy people, This led to its efficacy in the mindset of Maggreb society ,Which was resorted in it's most cases to holy people to deteriorating health conditions to pray for themto recover from illness. that holy people of Morocco and Lower Maghreb depend to help with recovery from diseases and healing people with disabilities on rituals,like slugs wiping and ruqyah beside prayer. There is no doubt that these therapeutic practices that we have seen in titles Books she showed us the effectiveness of this dignities treatment that the holy people practiced on the still spiri besides it was adopted At the same time, we were presented with a mindset of the maggreb community, which believed the success of sufism medicin And his ability to recover from illness.
