Abstract

The aim of this study is to shed light on the most important characteristics of the generation of this new millennium, which distinguish it from previous generations in quantity and gender, in temperaments, in nature, in tastes, tendencies, and attitudes ... This study sought to answer the fundamental question: What are the most important features of the new millennium generation in general, and university students in particular? The study reached several results; the most important are the following: The generation of this millennium does not live up to his - normal and special life without the means of modern information and communication technology - The generation of this millennium is less inclined towards the system of lectures, especially if it follows its old system, which takes the automatic way in which students become mere receivers. -Women, especially university education, predominantly dominate this generation. This global phenomenon exists in the five continents. This requires conducting field studies to determine the impact on the future of jobs in our Arab and Islamic countries.
