Abstract

This research is a translation of a scientist of the countries of Chinguetti (Mauritania), and one of its proudest, the scientist Mohsen
ibn Abi Madin bin Ahmed bin Sulaiman al-Dimani al-Shanqeeti (1396 H). The scientists of his time witnessed his progress and that he was a genius in the field of Islamic and linguistic studies. His intellectual legacy, and his nearly thirty books between a huge book and a small message also indicates that.
