Abstract

Money has evolved in different stages over to the intervention of government authorities in its issuance and regulation. Money in each of these stages was showing a different reality from a stage to another, accounting sometimes for offers, and in other times for a pricing monetary value other than gold, silver, etc. ... Since the differences in adapting paper money and the determination of their actual status are affecting some financial provisions, we tried in this work to reflect the reality of this money - after reviewing existing theories in this regard - and to give legal financial provisions related to paper money based on the chosen adaptation.
