This paper aims to highlight the need to rely on social competencies enshrined in the framework of ethical social
responsibility, as a mechanism of governance, cases study Volkswagen company, the study concluded that the concept of
social responsibility is an ethical ideology theory refers to bear the responsibility toward society, and the organization strategic
plan should reflect the responsibility toward the external environment, and also that the close relationship between the
corporate governance organizations to manage money with transparency, and the ethical and social responsibility of
organizations rely on three dimensions (the moral dimension, environmental and social)
