Abstract

The moral personality is one of the basic elements that have been added to companies recently. They have been distinguished from companies in Islamic jurisprudence. They are seen as a meeting of a group of funds or individuals to achieve a common or common purpose and are necessitated by the necessities of working life, including the arrangement of rights and obligations. The research concluded through the analysis of the need to say the personality of the government, and it is a requirement of the interest itself, as well as the interests of others, and that this character entails to have a financial burden of its own, as it is the basis of the idea originally, and the research concluded that the time of proven personal The company is determined by the process of mixing funds, and that the legal recognition is to determine the truth of the existing, and that the establishment of the personality of the judgment of the company has the capacity to be fully, and that the eligibility for performance is determined by the purpose set for them.
