Abstract

 This study titled: "the role of the modern electronic devices in servingthe Jurisprudence (fiiqh) Research. It aims at answering the following question: “How do the modern electronic devicesserve the Jurisprudence (fiqh) Research?”In order to answer to this question, we should give the definition of the Jurisprudence Research, its characteristics, and we should show the role of electronic devices in servingit through forums, social media, libraries and software applications, smart phones. A model for each one has been selected. The most important results of this study are: the use of all kinds of modern electronic devices in the Jurisprudence Research is indispensable for the Researcher; to achieve the desired benefit because these devices can give good acceleration and quality of research, we suggested that the persons in charge in the Faculties of Sharia use specalists in software to develop programs and applications that serve Jurisprudence Research adopted by the university.
