Abstract

Professor Dr. Ismail Yahya Radwan brilliant name among the teachers, researchers in Islamic Sciences in Algeria, he has spent more than twenty-three years studying and mentor researchers and examines the University theses and participates in international meetings and national. A graduate on its hands, during this period, hundreds of students and dozens of researchers, has published two books, ten of scientific research. Committed during his life and in his dealings decent morals and virtues, and deserved the above Al-hassan good anniversary of each lesson from him or contact him, treated from near or far.
