Abstract

The open valuable reference is linked to the close Malik’s jurisprudence heritage that is open to all interpretation probabilities based on an ideal reader proposed by the Malik’s jurisprudence record. Whereas, the close valuable reference one is related to the open Malik’s jurisprudence heritage. Here the author of the record plays the role of the reader or the follower during the process of heritage establishment. Therefore, this heritage allows interpretation within a certain textual boundaries. The openness and/ or closeness of the valuable reference is clear. This is mentioned within EL-WANSHARISSI book (EL-MIAAR), as an open book in some of its contents, and a close one in other times according to the core changes in the epistemic system.
