Abstract

This research treats an important subject of Islamic purposes of law, which is related with the purposes of criminal justice system. This study is trying to prove that the rules and provisions legislated by Allah the Almighty, as sanction assigned on persons who commits crimes against individuals and society. Those provisions have higher goals and purposes. Leaving the application of those provisions will lead to insecurity and disruption, and huge damages on souls and fund, and supply and honour.
