The research aims to identify the degree of availability of basic educational skills to the public kindergarten teachers in locality of "Ombdah", where researchers follow a descriptive approach to a sample of the 125 teacher represented 10% of the research community of 563. Have been selected randomly Mini، also used the questionnaire as a tool for this research and has been processed data by the statistical program SPSS، where the equation was used Alpha Cronbach was extracted values (v) and test Pearson to find a link and test the Anova.
