Abstract

Protecting the cultural identity has become a very important matternowadays, particularly in the wake of the 9/11 attackswhich has been considered as the climax of whatwe call «the clash of civilisations », and according to Huntingtonidentityis something that a person wouldscarify his life to preserv. If we bear in mind that the religion is the most important component of the culture, we may understand how the international conflicts are stirred up. After being bipolar, the world has transformed to a multi civilizational world, what led to new references and new concepts and also new causes of wars based on the nuances between the cultures.
