Abstract

This study tackled the effect of Sharia’s purposes and Fundamentalist rules on
jurisprudence of coronavirus pendamic (covid-19), by explaining some of Sharia’s purposes
and Fundamentalist rules and applying them on issues of coronavirus pendamic. The research
is divided into three parts: The introductory topic included a conceptual introduction to the
search term, the first part dealt with Sharia’s purposes rules, while the second part treated
Fundamentalist rules. The research concluded with highlighting the importance of shariaa rules
in details for jurisprudence of coronavirus pendamic, and its effective role in Contemporary
Jurisprudence rationalization
