Abstract

The current study aimed at identifying teachers of treat gifted students and the competencies professors should master to qualify them to practice them effectively. Gifted learners differ from other peers in terms of their mental abilities and personality traits. In addition, and if they feel care they will show their capacities and if it is not provided to them, their capacities will remais implicit. Therefore, it's necessary for proffessors to understand learners' personalities and capacities to respond to this category's requirements using the approprite strategies of treatment being scientifical, pedagogical or psychologicaland this is only done by directing attention to the programs for qualifying and preparing professors.
