The study aspires to deepen the ancient rhetorical perception of the figure of rhetoric in art of schemes by linking it to modern linguistics by revealing the implicit functions of this figure in literary discourse from the perspective of text linguistics and the theories of argumentation. It takes from the articles of the Oyoun Al-Bassair by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi as a model, because of its numerously in employing this figure away from formal decoration, and it plays an important textual function represented in the interconnection of text phrases and ideas, in addition to its role in building the meaning and convincing the recipient of the idea Raised in line with the contexts contained therein.
