This article aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of transparency in combating Administrative and financial corruption, as it is considered one of the most important principles upon which the modern state is based… Transparency in the public sector is a central criterion for a good governance, and an effective tool to confront all types of corruption, and its achievement needs requirements, some of them are general, including what was stated in the law on prevention and combating corruption, in addition to its effects on society and the state. It should be noted that the Islamic charia was a forerunner in calling for Islamic values such as integrity, transparency, honesty and trustworthiness.
