The research idea "significance of the status and its impact on the provisions of financial
transactions and personal status" deals with the statement of the meaning of the status sign
accompanying the words issued by the taxpayers; due to its great role in explaining the speaker's
intentions.
It aims to clarify the extent to which the status connotation is implemented, and its
distribution to the intended purpose with the presence of the operative of the word, and its effect
on directing the judgments.
The study included a statement of the controls for the implementation of the status indication
in the provisions and their primacy over the declaration, with linking them to the jurisprudential
