The genesis of Christian monastic

Abstract

«The genesis of Christian monastic » falls under comparative religious studies . It addresses a common religious phenomenon between many religions like : Hinduism, Buddhism, the ancient Egyptian religion , and also the revealed religions like :Judaism and Christianism . We have focused our research on the latter because moastic was and is still an essential part of the church system, in addition to the role it had played in the evangelism and Christianizing especially in the Islamic world , and the substantial impact it had made in the history of Christians and in their thinking and behaviour .So we have studied its genesis as an example of a religious experience which had its own specificities.
