The provisions of building demolitions in Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian legislation

Urbanization and construction issues accompany the life of nations, from its construction ,to use then to its destruction. This is what made the jurists of Islamic laws celebrate it with a set of appropriate controls of the urban pattern in their time, how was the extension of these provisions to the system of preparation and reconstruction in the legislation Algerian? This study identifies the comprehensiveness of the rules established by the jurists and their immersion for all time and place by extrapolating the legal texts in this section and applying them to the anecdotes of each time, starting with the research on the different causes of demolition, then the measures and procedures related to the demolition process, including what the Algerian legislator took, whether that precedes or accompanies the operation.
