The rule of: "the lesson is by meanings not the wording" and their effect on understanding the texts of Sharia

Among the important characteristics of the blessed Sharia of Islam is its flexibility and
validity for different times and conditions, as it came for the purpose of bringing interests and
getting away of evil; understanding and interpreting its texts in isolation from meaning and
intentions and by stopping the latter of the text often leads to a mistake in divising legal
ruling, and investigators from scholars in different schools of jurisprudence take into account
the consideration of meaning and intentions in understanding texts and reasoning in knowing
the ruling, and from this standpoint this study came with an important rule of jurisprudence; it
is the rule of : "the lesson with the meaning not the words" by showing its effect and the
extent of its importance in understanding the text of Sharia.
