The rules of meal selling in Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract

 In this research, we will study a modernistic type of selling that has been called in some Algerian markets as "the Meal selling" and it has been widely used as we saw after field tracking. After exposing it to the provisions(rules) that have been istabilished and has been agreed upon in the Islamic jurisprudence, we found out that this type is one of the complete images of the usurious dealing because, no matter how different shapes it takes, it remains a kind of the sample usury.
