This research deals with ((manhaj al'imam Al-Shinshuri alfeqhe fi alfaraydh)), In terms of
mentioning the biography of Imam Al-Shanchuri, as well as explaining his general approach
to authorship, and then the features of his jurisprudential approach to obligations, by
mentioning his jurisprudential sources on which he relies and how to refer to and benefit from
them. As well as his presentation of the legislative sources from the Qur’an, Sunnah,
consensus, measurement and the sayings of the Companions, may God be pleased with them,
and how to infer them and weight them, then explain his method in presenting the
jurisprudential schools and the weighting between them.
In end the study concluded that Imam Al-Shanchuri was the imam of the obligatory duties
of his time and he was the author of a wide knowledge in the obligatory duties and other
sciences of Sharia, and that his books are one of the most important references approved in
the obligatory science, especially the book (Fath Al-Qareb Al-Mujeeb), and he has extensive
knowledge of jurisprudence schools, and he adhered to the fundamentals of the Shafi'i school
in his obligatory writings, and as for its jurisprudential preferences, he was based on the
branches of the Shafi'i school of thought, and he was the owner of scientific trust and right
documentation, as well as the owner of a high scientific literature and virtuous manners in his
dealings with the violators.
