Abstract

The classification in the etiquette of the fatwa has always shed light on the theoretical side and inferred to it, at the expense of observing the practical part of it, and in this study and through the fatwas of the royal jurists present in the book Al-Durar Al-Maknoonah in Mazoonah issues: I seek to solve this problem by showing the extent of benefiting from the theoretical side, in practice and reality. On the basis of faith, scientific and discretionary foundations, it demonstrated the power, importance and flexibility of the owners' assets, and the extent of their handling of various issues.
