Humanity has gone through many transformations through time. Among the most important of those transformations that shook the entire world is globalization, which has brought about radical and prominent changes in several areas. As a result of these accelerating events, a new strategy emerged that went beyond the traditional framework of the state. The political borders of the state and its sovereignty no longer paid much attention to the new trends of globalization.
