Abstract

The research paper aims to show the importance of zakat and endouments to makethe French colonial project successful in Algeria ttrough the tranformation of zakat obligation to an arabik tasc that is paid bythe Algerians to the new au thority this emphasizes the contradition that clonial administation occurin through the Islamic doctrime and not to canal to cancel zakat which contributes directly to support or supply the colonial project in Algeria.

    The properties of endoument are considered one of the french colonial a dministration means to impose its strategy on the area to spread in Algeria to govern it and to tempt settlers to come to the paradise that they promised to live in and they profit from the money and the great properties of ottoman era .which the Algerians used as a tool of social cooperation .making the powerful poor people dignity and to avoid the looking doun questions .so. The french colonial administation was tricky to create organizations to show help and coopiration but its hidden ai mis to look doun the Algerians by the civil french civilisation.
