The article aims to evaluate the historical studies carried out at the Algerian University during half a century of research, wondering about the possibility of talking about an academic intermediate school by introducing the pioneers? How did the academic historical writing surround the Ibàdhit doctrin, or the Ibàdits sect?
It is clear from the axes of the study that this band did not take its due from the research despite its historical and cultural contribution, which leads us to find out the reasons and avoid that.
